Yes, we offer ongoing retainer plans for clients who need continuous support. This includes monthly content creation, social media management, SEO maintenance, website updates, AI automation improvements and ad campaign management. Retainers are billed monthly and scaled to your needs.

We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards and PayPal. For project-based work, we typically require a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Retainer plans are billed at the start of each month.

Our standard packages include 2-3 revision rounds at each stage (wireframe, design, development). We clearly outline this in our project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope can be accommodated at our standard hourly rate. We aim to get it right within the included rounds.

Yes. Upon final payment, full ownership of all deliverables and source files is transferred to you. You receive all brand assets, design files, source code, documentation and any relevant credentials. We believe your investment should result in complete ownership.

Absolutely. We offer a complimentary 30-day support window after project delivery to address any issues. For ongoing support, we have maintenance packages that include hosting, updates, security monitoring, backups and priority support. We do not disappear after launch.
